Booking Conditions
The Surfing Kangaroo wishes all travellers a safe and fun tour. While all precautions and care are taken, no responsibility will be accepted for any additional costs incurred to travellers due to delays, mechanical breakdowns, bad weather, road closures or unforseen circumstances. Prices are stated in $AUD, include GST and may be subject to change. We retain the right to cancel tours or vary itineraries and offload to associated tour operators. No refunds on any tour cancelled less than 36 hours before departure. 36 hours to 7 days, 50% cancellation fee applies. There is no refund for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour. Minimum passenger numbers may apply. The operator will not be responsible for any loss or damage to a passenger’s property, and strongly recommend and assume that all travellers are covered by a comprehensive travel insurance.
